What is better for me to create??

Ok im creating a site where I develop 'things'. What should I develop Layouts or flash applications such as customised flash chatrooms?

Umm, ummm :( Hard choice, would be better to do both but I'll just say layouts for now.

i would go for layouts, layouts allow you to be more creative with your skill

Both, the main reason is.
It adds more range.

If you just go for one, if you get people wanting to buy off you they will just go for that area, where as you'll get more people wanting you if you do the other. :)
