i need to loose 10lbs for beach season.
i'm underweight as it is, but i still have some extra fat on from winter that i need to loose for beach season.
i cut back on food and i'm down to only 1 meal a day.
everytime i get up i get this awful head-rush, so i know i'm loosing weight because this happened before when i starved.
i love ~beach season~!!!

Just eat healthier and do exercise instead of starving yourself as you will end up having a lot of problems.
If you are "underweight as it is" it would be stupid to lose anymore weight, as being too underweight can cause serious health problems.

Your contradicting yourself there because you said yourself your already underweight.
I wouldn't advise you to lose anymore pounds because it sounds as though cutting down to 1 meal a day has already affected your health with head rushes etc.

you probably have some psychological problem with you then.

Tbh you shouldn't just be changing yourself for ~beach season~ whats the point? Your going to spend a couple of months being ill but by the time you get to beach season your probably going to be too weak to do anything except lie there and get burnt in the sun. I suggest you start with daily exercises if you dont already, Start going to the gym. Start running or biking of a morning before you go to school / work. Start eating normally again but try not to snack as much try to eat healthily try to flush your system with water quite regulary.

Eating less can also be bad for you, as you are storing fat becuase you are eating less. It's a lot better to eat more but healthier than cut down completly.

If you're underweight, but you have fat, the last thing you want to do is not eat.
If you eat normally, and do a bit of running and stuff I think you'll put on weight, but you can burn off the fat, without turning grotesquely skinny.

I would seriously reccomend u dont do it.
I did the specialK two week think and i lost over
a stonein 11days and watching this size zero
experimet on the tv and the symptoms they got
from dieting i had them nd they caused major body
harm, So yah, becomfortable with what u got.

why starve yourself if your underweight. Your worse than the girls :S:S "OMG IM TOO FAT" if your underweight your TOO THIN.

As said the starving yourself thing is really bad and makes you sick as. If you want to get 'rid' of fat its better to tone your muscles with resistance training and some cardio.
