i need to loose 10lbs for beach season.
i'm underweight as it is, but i still have some extra fat on from winter that i need to loose for beach season.
i cut back on food and i'm down to only 1 meal a day.
everytime i get up i get this awful head-rush, so i know i'm loosing weight because this happened before when i starved.
i love ~beach season~!!!
