Right... This only happens on Uk hotel and its been happenin for like a week now. right.. i type my username and password in and it loads it up etc... but when the hotel come on it says error d/c :( but every other hotel works!

:o how ruuude, so.. yea any ideas on how i can get it to work.

What internet you using? If you are using ie delete all temporary internet files and cookies etc if on mozilla hold cntrl+shift+delete and check all boxes and try again? If that doesnt work try uninstalling shockwave manually via the add/remove programs on control panel and re-install it :P that should do the trick

I also have this when I use the NL Hotel!
It disconnects my Laurensh1 but my sister can just enter via the NL Hotel..
Also I can login the .be Hotel (which is the same - lol)..

I'm having the EXACT same problem... it started yesterday for me and I've tryed again today and its the same.
I've emailed Habbo loads of time and got this email back;

Not client.action nemore! All i can say is it's your account! It's got a bad Id!
It might be a ID like 33333333 and its errors! and It might now coz sulake change the client everyday! (CONNECTION) Just to stop hackers/scripters etc!

Well, it just stopped for me..

I have FireFox and pressed control + shift + alt in FireFox, clicked the things I liked to clean and tadam :-O

have you tryed, getting a new ip somtimes people with the same ip as scammer's/ people who have been banned cannot access the hotel,

I have replied on your other thread. Anyway, I think you can try using a clone account or something, it might be an error with your account.
