Right... This only happens on Uk hotel and its been happenin for like a week now. right.. i type my username and password in and it loads it up etc... but when the hotel come on it says error d/c but every other hotel works!

how ruuude, so.. yea any ideas on how i can get it to work.

What internet you using? If you are using ie delete all temporary internet files and cookies etc if on mozilla hold cntrl+shift+delete and check all boxes and try again? If that doesnt work try uninstalling shockwave manually via the add/remove programs on control panel and re-install it that should do the trick

Did u try using a diff browser? If that doesnt work then i have absolutely no idea
