I connect it to sam, etc and when i try loading it up, it says Server cannot start, why's this?

Make sure you have entered the correct ip,pass and port 4 the encoder

And nobody else is djing on the radio

They are the only tips a can give you

If you turn your Shoutcast Server on And you can't get on Go Into The Config of the Server And makes sure W3C enable says No. this might help and it might not :)
