My sis just brought omega 3 fish oil capsuls and said its good for your brain or somthing, whats it all bowt? it says vitamin a c d and e

Idk, i've taken them for 3 years and they don't seem to make much of a difference.

Their good for you. Your body needs omega 3 oils which you get from fish and stuff, but most of us don't get a good amount as not everyone eats fish every day of the week.

Basically if your body is rich in omega 3, it helps keep your heart and brain healthy as well as it being useful for the upkeep of your skin. Therefore people have the impression it increases your beauty, when it just gives your skin more natural oils.
