My sis just brought omega 3 fish oil capsuls and said its good for your brain or somthing, whats it all bowt? it says vitamin a c d and e

Idk, i've taken them for 3 years and they don't seem to make much of a difference.

They make you look prettier. The ones that have omega 6 and 9 are better though.
