Sounds Obvious, a Bit pointless Maybe but It Helps
1. Sit Down and Treat yourself to your Favourite Food or drink
2.Smile. Force it if you have to. Moving the Facial muscles into a smile
makes you feel better,
3. Control Your Breathing
4. Remind yourself that today will pass, and Tomorrow will be an oppurtunity for things to go right (hopefully)
5. Think about all the good things in you life, Make a list if you want and Think about these for a while
6. Talk to someone, It Can Really Help and it wont weigh you down as much
7. Laugh. Put on your Favourite Comedy show or Read some Jokes
8. Close your Eyes and Imagine yourself somewhere nice
9. Listen to Music, HabboxLive is Perfect as It's someone Ages with you playing music you like, and If Not you can always Make a Request!
10. Eat Healthy, Exercise and Get plenty of sleep

I find that a massage on the shoulder helps releave alot of tention and stress. Although I do number four alot, as well.

It depends on the sort of stress. Before I went on holiday it was all hectic and I got really badly stressed because it was my first time flying and that was when the airport issues happened. I couldn't exactly sit around because I would be late packing etc. Although I suppose the "tomorrow will be better' and 'talk to people' suggestions do work. I felt alot calmer then (the bit above my left eye, behind the eybrow aches when I am stressed, as if I am trying to pump blood around there).

Number three could be elaborated.
Ie;
Inhale deeply through your nose, hold it, and exhale from your mouth.
Might help...

There's two books that cheer me up when I'm in a mood or stressed. They are the Blue Day Book (funny pictures of animals with captions) and The Pig of Happiness (a story about a happy pig who makes all the other animals feel better).

The only one i see there that i know works is inhale/exhale, the rest sounds like advice from a hippy.
No.10, When your stressed you should eat healthy? I'm sure that won't release any form of tension, the exercise and sleep should work though.
I Rarely get stressed but sometimes i do get annoyed and i find having a boxing bag works wonders, go beat the hell out of your boxing bag since you might aswell turn a negative into a positive, also running and swimming.
You missed out a vital solution for when your stressed; Sort out the problem that is making you stressed.
Video Games can help solve anger and stress problems. Works for me
