    Post How To De-Stress Yourself

    Sounds Obvious, a Bit pointless Maybe but It Helps

    1. Sit Down and Treat yourself to your Favourite Food or drink
    2.Smile. Force it if you have to. Moving the Facial muscles into a smile
    makes you feel better,
    3. Control Your Breathing
    4. Remind yourself that today will pass, and Tomorrow will be an oppurtunity for things to go right (hopefully)
    5. Think about all the good things in you life, Make a list if you want and Think about these for a while
    6. Talk to someone, It Can Really Help and it wont weigh you down as much
    7. Laugh. Put on your Favourite Comedy show or Read some Jokes
    8. Close your Eyes and Imagine yourself somewhere nice
    9. Listen to Music, HabboxLive is Perfect as It's someone Ages with you playing music you like, and If Not you can always Make a Request!
    10. Eat Healthy, Exercise and Get plenty of sleep

    It depends on the sort of stress. Before I went on holiday it was all hectic and I got really badly stressed because it was my first time flying and that was when the airport issues happened. I couldn't exactly sit around because I would be late packing etc. Although I suppose the "tomorrow will be better' and 'talk to people' suggestions do work. I felt alot calmer then (the bit above my left eye, behind the eybrow aches when I am stressed, as if I am trying to pump blood around there).

    Number three could be elaborated.
    Ie;
    Inhale deeply through your nose, hold it, and exhale from your mouth.

    Might help...
