disease help o.o

i wasnt sure where to post this so i posted it here.

well i found out i have a form of blood disease a few months back and recently when i go to check up on it ive been told i could die within a few months - i always knew it could lead to death. but the thing is i go to like a private clinic sort of place where you dont need parents to come with you and if you dont want them to know they wont tell them, so none of my family know about it recently i told a close friend and it really upset her and she gets upset when she talks to me and i dont know what to do i dont like upsetting people about it cause it makes me feel horrid i dont know what to do but it gets lonley cause i know i have no one who i can talk to about it cause im worried about how theyll react to it and it just messes me up. there are possibilities that ill get better so there is an up side to it and i have been better then i was but it still worries me cause i dont know what to do and who to tell i just dont know what to do about it

you could die within a few months and your family doesnt know? i would tell them tbh. if i was your parents, i would be more upset not knowing that you could possibly die then knowing in the first place. atleast they can prepare for the worst, where not knowing would be more of a shock to them.

my dad had a blood disease when he was younger and had to have his blood like pumped out and replaced and was in hospital for 4 years so im worried of it turning into something like that so i think its got some from of relation to that

TB, is an infectious disease... You would be in a hospital... Not at home.

i still have to take medication im only into about the 2nd month of taking it now or something like that i have to have some test soon due to it thats when im next going i think

im not that certain of the name of the other side of it cause i used to get stressed out and not pay attention to actual terms and problems it causes i only payed attention to the actual long term problems etc. next time ill go ill try and find out the name of it so i can look more into it. i tend to get frustrated easily and im the sort of person who puts things of and pretends thye arent happening and carries on normally. but recently ive got to the stage where ive decided i need to try and clear my head and sort things out about it if you get me and do what i can do hense the trying to find advise about it

They have TB wards in hospitals for a reason, its a deadly disease and people that have it are NOT allowed to be discharged while its still in there system...
Because, it will spread to other people... And that's not good



Oh and at the risk of seeming like a complete *** hole, if you really are dying or might really be doing... You should tell your parents... because there going to find out, and if you don't tell them and they find you dead, there going to blame there selves.

yes, you have to go in wards if theres problems with the medication your taking, and if its not working properly etc that only happens when it gets worse of something like that
but cause im on the medication and i take it properly its alrite, but when i have my next check up and if they find out its not working i might have to go into hospital im not that sure


yeah im thinking about if maybe telling my parents is a good idea, when i have my next checkup and get back results and find out whats going on ill tell them but if i find out its getting better or something i probably wont mention it

No... You have to go into the wards, if there is TB in your system...
Not if the tablets are not working, you'd be in there till it was completely out of your system.

Don't worry, the thread starter is lieng... You will know if you had TB... You would be dieing, painfully to be honest, so you would go the hospital before it had the chance to kill you... But it might kill you in hospital, depends how advanced the desiese is...
Some of the symptoms could include:

Chest pain
Coughing up blood
Fever
Chills
Night sweats
Appetite loss
Weight loss
Tendency to feel fatigue very easy...

And you will get your TB injection sooner or later.

I think this is a lie because that guy knows his stuff by the looks of it and you've said sorted to worm your way out of it, probabally not true and im not wanting to upset you if you genuinely has TB but i think your fake.

She has left now, and yeah... As I said, narcotic painkiller... Still that wouldn't do anything for TB apart from relive the pain, but she was saying that was stopping it from spreading... Which is ********, but just let this thread disappear now :P

Sorry to here that :[ Tbh tell them and they can help. Write a note, leave it on your parents bed and go to bed MEGA early, just say you dont feel so good and go to sleep asap. Your parents will read it when they go to bed, and wont wake you up, and just talk to you the next day.
