Lol don't ask why but i can't figure out how to do it. lame
Basically i have erm
<frame name=chat width=500 height=500 border=no frameborder=no id=2>
<tr><td bgcolor=#298FC9 width=500 height=20><p>$allmessages[time] <b>$allmessages[username]</b> Says: </td></tr>
<tr><td bgcolor=#59A8D5 width=500 height=30 valign=left align=top> <p>$allmessages[message]</td></tr>

That for example :P its a frame but it aint loading a page..
I want that one frame to refresh every few seconds. Theres 2 frames on my page. When i put a META in it just reloads whole page and not the one frame.
Any ideas? lmao peeing me off
