also how to u tone pecks with dunbell weights?

For dumbbell weights... I'd say, with them in your hands, raise your arms to the side of you, then while your arms are straight bring them round in front of you, then back to the sides, then in front of you, etc etc... But i cant imagine that would be very effective...
Go the gym and use one of them multi gyms where you put your arms on the thingymabob... And squash them so they go in front of your face.

i was wondering the same thing.
& to the above i dont eat much.
i just need to tone up the muscle
I think this will work
Go to swimming everyweek, like 3-4 times a week.
Do about 1-3 hours swimming, that should help your arms muscles, then do what Luke said.

Also. I think simple pushups help.. might not be AS effective as the other workouts but they still help. The wider your hands are apart when doing pushups, the more it works your chest, the closer they are, the more they work the arms.

Unfortunately, it'll be hard to get rid of the excess skin of your moobs after you lose all the fat. To get rid of the moobs just eat healthily and do some cardio exercises like jogging or running.

im sure the fat will turn into muscle tho rite?
and it would be hard to get rid of the excess skin if he was lyk 30 but not at a young age, the skin can easily adapt.

Ahh I knew I forgot something. I was looking up "moobs" awhile back and most of the sites I went to said that you need to do cardio exercises to lose the fat as well as toning to get the muscle. +rep :P

Fat doesn't just turn into muscle. Fat is energy stored up. So you need to do energetic exercises to use up your reserved energy. Oh and your probably right about the skin. At such a young age it's probably still quite springy. :P
