... make a web host site.

recently i've been wanting to run a web hosting site but currently there are some things which I am not sure about but first I'll tell you what I have already!

Apache
php 4/5
mysql
phpmyadmin
python
tomcat
perl
ftp
(it's a windows server)

What else would I need to run a web host,
ie billing system, online file editing

ps i want to run a dn server as well

Don't use Apache on windows ;) If you want a Windows Server, 1and1.co.uk are good because they will provide you with the Plesk Windows Hosting CP. :) WHMCS is good, im nor sure if it supports Plesk though.

does it help if I say that I could run a linux OS if it made it easier?
it's just i get a new laptop soon and the OS on the one i current use wont really matter.

I can personally recommend Plesk if you want Windows Hosting, its the control panel I use on my server.

Don't use a PC or a Laptop at your house to sell hosting ;) Get one in a Datacenter :)
