Saying no can be hard, especially if their a friend. If you say yes, then the words just find you ;)

Well yes is simple... just say YES! For no well for instance if you have been real close for years or your school friends than you could say how you just want to be friends and that going out could ruin your friendship if it goes wrong.

Then say something like.

Oh i feel the same way about you aswell and i do want to go out with you. then add some cheesey stuff like i love you etc.

if you wanna say no then just say, I understand how you feel but I would prefer it if we were just friends because i have made such a strong friendship with you that i don't want to take it to another level incase something bad happens.
Then make sure everything is as it was because otherwise she gunna hate you.

Well, thats kind of akward if your a male. You must be really shy if girls ask you out. Usually the male would ask the woman out, but the easiest way to say no, is it just be like "no im sorry im not really interested in you."

If you want her to still like you (as a mate) then you've basically gotta say right then I'll think about it, if you're in a big group of kids then they're more likely to understand. Then later the same day(/tommorow, your choice, but some time soon) tell her that you only like her as a friend and you don't want anything more from your relationship.

But if you wanted to say yes then I'd probably reccomend saying I'll think about it to them, and then saying to them later when they're on their own. The words do normally come to you, but if they don't, say "Yeah, alright.", BUT DON'T SAY "Yeah why not." because she might take it personally.
