I sorta just say no thanks because if i tried anything else id stutter and mess up :p

Saying no can be hard, especially if their a friend. If you say yes, then the words just find you

Well yes is simple... just say YES! For no well for instance if you have been real close for years or your school friends than you could say how you just want to be friends and that going out could ruin your friendship if it goes wrong.

I say ye sounds good or something.. or a simple yes.
If I want to say no then I just say something like.
I would but I just don't like you in that way. You're a great person and all... etc, and just make them feel good but make it clear its a no
