i exercise alot, but im still not happy tbh! im not obsessed over exercising likee... but anyway, how do you slim ur arms down & your legs, and your tum(i know there's sit ups&crunches, but is there any other ways? and which is the most effective?!)

i do them pretty much everyday! running to get past the level crossing!!
i do go to my gym sometimes & dont swim as much as i use to, i did alot in the summer but now it's winter & it's cold, and i really cba'd.

also, i should've been more specific - i meant some things i can do in my house!

situps and crunches, like you said, are good for the stomach.
jogging/running on the spot, dancing, is good for the legs.
starjumps, like Paul suggested are good too, they work most of the areas you want to slim down.

i thought u couldnt pick were you wanted to loose the weight, it just comes off equally all over your body :S

Weight loss is a pain in the butt.
You lose weight but in the wrong places :P

Try asking santa for a excersise bike running machine or multi gym ?

nope and yeah...
some exercises are pinpointed at certain areas in the body.
