Yep. i got live Woo. Halo 3 is so hard and i cant ever hear anyone but my headset works :(

Nah, you just need the one.
Just create another profile on the dashboard thingy, its not hard so dont worry.
I know why you cant hear anyone, you've probs got settings on that you can only hear your friends on your list, this can be changed at Family Settings.
