Nah, you just need the one.
Just create another profile on the dashboard thingy, its not hard so dont worry.
I know why you cant hear anyone, you've probs got settings on that you can only hear your friends on your list, this can be changed at Family Settings.
Anyways, enjoy and any problems, post them here
