cramp in foot

I suppose it's classed as cramp, but does anyone get this with your foot/feet?

It's so painful at times, and I have no idea why I get it. It's spontaneous most of the time.

I dont get cramps in my foot i only get them in my leg muscle and neck sometimes my hand just try massaging where the cramp is in your foot. :)

when u get a really bad cramp, just smack your foot really hard. It might hurt but it gets the blood pumping again. Does it happen in your sleep? If so, then wear some socks or summat in bed so ur feet dont get cold and make sure ur feet are always on warm surfaces. There might be a cure, its calcium :). Drink up boy.

I have really bad cramp in my leg.

I used ot get cramp in my foot when swimming, almost drowned:D Hahaha

But wierd thing i used to do was when i got bored i'd give myself cramp in my baconrope (hamstring, sorry).. It really hurt but i found it entertaining!

lmao the swimming bit happended to me, was swimming and then it came, i like groand and moved my foot inwards and swan to the side, i must have looked like a rite fool. And yes I also hit the spot where the cramp is to get rid of it, also i move my foot into a position where the crap doesnt hurt then like 10mins later move it again and poof the cramp is gone :)
