Isnt that technically rape as well?No it's most probably worse. I doubt it's rape as 'Rape' is forceful sex, but the Victim's body can hardly reject having sex with him. I'm not quite sure it actually is 'Sex' as she can't respond, it's more ************ on her body.

I know but it seems a bit unlikely that the first guy to find her would be sick enough to do what he did.

Nah, he can't be convicted of raping her body as you can't commit a crime against a dead body. As far as the law is concerned, that body is no longer a person.
He may be convicted of destruction of a body, or whatever it's called; I'm not clear myself on the law of it though.

Fair enough it sounds sick and is disgusting someone actually having sex with a dead body, but I'd rather they did it to dead people than people who are alive. Is anyone with me there?
