No it's most probably worse. I doubt it's rape as 'Rape' is forceful sex, but the Victim's body can hardly reject having sex with him. I'm not quite sure it actually is 'Sex' as she can't respond, it's more ************ on her body.
He's going to have a very hard job convincing people he didn't murder her after admitting that.

Nah, he can't be convicted of raping her body as you can't commit a crime against a dead body. As far as the law is concerned, that body is no longer a person.
He may be convicted of destruction of a body, or whatever it's called; I'm not clear myself on the law of it though.
