If the auction sold for 35hc, what makes the seller actually sell for that?

You wouldn't be able to control it, so it'd fail most likely.

exactly i think its a good idea all it would take is for the admin to put a new topic/ catagory on site and if it sells for say 35hc and the person dont sell in that case the shud get a caution and if the keep doing it then relate to a ban thats why you put a reserve on if you want to . . i think its a good idea ...... ADMINS LOOK ! :D get this up and running :P

It would fail horribly. Same with all the auctions on Habbo.
Let's say someone is selling a throne that's valued at er. 50 hc.

They are just going to want 50 hc minimum and then if they don't get it, they'll just run off and not do the trade.

yes and then they get a sanction for running and this doesnt mean a profit does it. its more like helping people with what they want at a decent price .... save every1 having to run round habbo 24/7 and most of the time get nothing . and if made will save a bit of hassle for some people.

Yeah, like someone else said it sounds good but when it's actually on the forum I think too many people wouldn't use it properly, if you want to auction your stuff then you sort of can anyway in the Trading Forums. I know you could say people who mess around with it get infracted or warned but it won't stop them. Good idea but it wouldn't work.

Just go on to Trading, and if your selling a Dino Egg, go onto Super Trading and name the title 'Auction'. Then say;

Auction on: Dino Egg

Starting Bid: 1T 30CS

Automatic Win: 2T

And you have your very own Auction thread... So we don't need to go into a lot of trouble just to make a new system for others to use to Auction their furniture. Lol.
