If the auction sold for 35hc, what makes the seller actually sell for that?

You wouldn't be able to control it, so it'd fail most likely.

exactly i think its a good idea all it would take is for the admin to put a new topic/ catagory on site and if it sells for say 35hc and the person dont sell in that case the shud get a caution and if the keep doing it then relate to a ban thats why you put a reserve on if you want to . . i think its a good idea ...... It would fail horribly. Same with all the auctions on Habbo.
Let's say someone is selling a throne that's valued at er. 50 hc.

They are just going to want 50 hc minimum and then if they don't get it, they'll just run off and not do the trade.

yes and then they get a sanction for running and this doesnt mean a profit does it. its more like helping people with what they want at a decent price .... save every1 having to run round habbo 24/7 and most of the time get nothing . and if made will save a bit of hassle for some people.
