I need a little helping..

My stomach looks a little like this:

(the picture is crap but i have a little top ab...)
but when i do something weird with my hand almost is a guy pleasing himself way (you get the picture...) it turns like this:

How do i make it like that permanently? No, i am not going to walk around looking like i am "pulling the turkey" in the air, that is just weird. Natural ways only please, e.g no steroids). Also, if you say "sit ups", they only help my top abdominal muscle ;)

It is funny, i have asked a lot recently

Just work out a little more, you're basically there just need to tone up a bit more. There is a difference between sit ups and crunches, can't remember what it is though - but try doing crunches?

oh, that is what i do, i use a swiss ball (http://www.dompannell.com/Swiss%20Ball.jpg) thing instead of on the floor because otherwise it hurts my back...

Its not that easy though..
I am im my last year of school so lots of homework, i work on the weekends, and play sports a lot...
Its just my gut i want to work out, and not pay about $50 a month for that :(

It looks like ur basically there already but u just need to work out just a little more.

and eat only healthy for a while. like a lot of potatoes, eggs, rice, fish, chicken, fruit nd veg

try that for a while, hope it helped

oh gee, have you tried going to a local gym and asking some of the regulars or health trainers? Ask them what exercises are best for getting a six pack?

they'll be a number of machines there for you? if your 16 or over n a studeent you get discount in loads :P

I know there is a discount.. well kind of its i think $60 for the first month and $50 for the rest.. its a little expensive for me, lol :(

Should i continue with the swiss ball or on the ground sit ups?

i dno how it works in australia
but like
in the uk we have local council run leisure points (gyms, swimming pools etc)
and you just get a card (free) and then pay about 3 pounds everytime you wanna go
and you get discounts for loyalty as well
so like
with mine i can use any leasure point thing in birmingham

is there any service like that in australia?>

There are no gyms like that in my area unforutantly, nor is there a fitness track around here which sucks because i would love to use one!

Get one of those vibrating belt things which tone the muscle. Also I would just say doing sit ups/cruches or w.e, just a few a day and do it regular.

You'll soon start to see a change.

lol. Not common with them.

yeh i used to want a six pack, and now i got one! woop woop!
i always made the mistake of using my Back on sit ups instead of my stomach to pull me up, but i learnd how to use my stomach and not my back and it adventully worked and i got a brill six pack!
