W810i freezing

my W810i keeps freezing when i use the walkman..

do you know how i can stop this

If it's under warranty still, get it sent away for free and get the software upgraded.

That usually solves most freezing problems. :)

it might be reading from the memory stick. how much stuff do you have on yours? I know mine takes 10mins to turn on becuase its still reading everything, so I never bother to turn it off anymore :P

might be a problem with the memory stick. try putting it in a mates phone and see if it still does it
