W810i freezing

my W810i keeps freezing when i use the walkman..

do you know how i can stop this

If it's under warranty still, get it sent away for free and get the software upgraded.

That usually solves most freezing problems.

it might be reading from the memory stick. how much stuff do you have on yours? I know mine takes 10mins to turn on becuase its still reading everything, so I never bother to turn it off anymore

might be a problem with the memory stick. try putting it in a mates phone and see if it still does it
