Well as some of you know my xbox got RROD last week sometime, i sent a email the same day explaining the issue about it being RROD and i supplied all details and codes required.
I used the support link on the xbox site, two days later they emailed me back asking me to use the support link on the site, bare in mind this is what i used in the first place, they gave me the exact same link.
So i redid it again with the same information, but this time they replied asking me to phone the support line instead of emailing them up.
How bad is that for support!? :@
