    Default Microsoft Support is so stupid =l

    Well as some of you know my xbox got RROD last week sometime, i sent a email the same day explaining the issue about it being RROD and i supplied all details and codes required.

    I used the support link on the xbox site, two days later they emailed me back asking me to use the support link on the site, bare in mind this is what i used in the first place, they gave me the exact same link.

    So i redid it again with the same information, but this time they replied asking me to phone the support line instead of emailing them up.

    How bad is that for support!? :@

    That is bad and very frustrating. They just don't reas the correspondence I think. Welcome back too.

    Ironic thing is, when you phone up they tell you to use the support site.
    jesus had an intimate moment with the infraction button until it told him to stop asking for it's personal details and gave him a warning.

    And they make you stay on the line for AGES becouse they want all the details about your account and everything, even if its just a small thing.
