So im 15, if i cut the ammount of fats down in my diet (ate less than the GDA) could this effect my growth?

(Don't go blabbing on about genetics and lifestyle only want to know about this)

You need to eat some fatty food, dont cut down all the way. You need some.

If you eat less than the GDA then it'll more than likely effect something, I'm not an expert so I can't really say what but eating less than the GDA probably can't do alot of good for you long term, unless it was only by a tiny bit I suppose

Your hilarious, and that's not what i asked i should have mentioned this but i am a bodybuilder and eating as little fats as possible (45g a day max)

Also as far as my spelling goes english isn't my first language so i'm not really bothered

Not really, GDA isnt exact. you're supposed to stay under it rather than over

its best to eat between 2000 - 2500 calories for an adult male

Sorry but what the ****? I said there are good fats. Meaning you shouldn't cancel out all fats from your growth, mainly saturated fats.

Not your growth upwards, if that's what you mean. Unless you're cutting out fat totally because then your body will just start eating itself lol.
