Make sure you are drinking enough water, you'll need to have a lot more as long as the weather stays like this. Also being in the sun too much isn't good especially when it's the afternoon, when it's hottest.

When its really hot, the sun makes me feel crap.
The yesterday at college, this supply teacher didn't let us have a break in 3 hours, not even for a drink!
I felt crap all of yesterday and went in late today because I didn't get much sleep :(

Yeh it's sunstroke.

As said before just drink plenty of water and you will be fine.
Also wear a cap or something to protect your head and keep the sun off of your face, it will help loads.

It isn't sun/heatstroke at all - that requires immediate medical attention and you're in an extremely bad way if you get it.

You're just dehydrated. Don't listen to anyone tell you that you've got sunstroke.

you could be dehydrated because of your recent intake of sun, keep drinking lots of water.
