Basically, when a (S)Mod comes across the post of a newbie (under fifteen posts) we can choose to either approve or disapprove it (depending on whether said post breaks the rules). It means that we can stop bots from spamming the forum and stop auto banned members from coming back to cause havoc.

Unfortunately, there is something wrong with the approval system and some people are managing to get their posts auto approved although it's currently being investigated, so this should be fixed soon. SMods can also see a queue of posts which are waiting to be approved/disapproved in the modcp.

Application results today. :)

LOL I didnt do my form, we were just talking about it like fees and stuff. I was the only one out of my whole class who knew what he was talking about when it came to personal statements and stuff. This is where being a dab hand at writing comes in handy. :D

It only takes 10 minutes to read the damn thing too I bet, and seeing as every other app probably taken about 2-3 minutes to read and consider, once you read through yours he probably forgot about what you said at the start and just got bored of it.

Write about what experience you have with VBulletin moderation (if any), write about your hobbies and what you like to do, what you like about the forum... that should just about do it rly. =P
