Well, I was in Matalan the other day walking up the Down Escalator. I slipped at the top and I now have 3 holes in my knee, and an Unbelievably huge bruise on it. I am in AGONY and I don't know what to do, I can barely walk, stand up, or sit down. :|


Any advice?

other than that, matts comment wasnt stupid, but a very valid one. as when one hurts themselve and the pain persists, they tend to go to the doctors for it to be checked out...

I got rapid flash backs of when my great auntie fell down one she was about 80?
we were at the top and she was at the bottom and she stoob on and fell over and all I could see from the top was her legs waving around in the air, even though it wasnt funny I couldn't help but laugh! anyway..
put an ice pack on it,
if its still that bad in a few days see a doctor. :)
