Well, I was in Matalan the other day walking up the Down Escalator. I slipped at the top and I now have 3 holes in my knee, and an Unbelievably huge bruise on it. I am in AGONY and I don't know what to do, I can barely walk, stand up, or sit down. :|


Any advice?

other than that, matts comment wasnt stupid, but a very valid one. as when one hurts themselve and the pain persists, they tend to go to the doctors for it to be checked out...

you asked a stupid question and you got a sensible answer...what else do you do when you have "3 holes" in your knee which hurt? you go to the doctors - obviously, you don't sit in your house asking people on a forum what to do, what are they meant to say?
