I've decided to go on a diet I don't care how much it costs as long as its in the 20 quid bracket. I need quick effects please don't tell me about the cabbage soup diet because i've done that before and it is rather mank..
So yeh don't tell me to do loads of exercise or eat five portions of fruit a day.
Once I start this diet i'm going to keep up to date on it. (:

+rep and if you use habbo a Hc sofa will be given away if you actually give me the best advice.
Also, i'm not going starve myself and thank you for all advice given (:
I will be broadcasting my diet each day to each of you. xox

Well after having my baby bro last year, my mum joined the gym to tone up again and she has been sorta doing thwe weightwatchers thing as well. Like shes just been buying some of that stuff instead of regular food.

At times I have actually had some of the stuff and to be honest, it has actually been just as good - if not better - than my normal food! lol

Like although I don't need to diet, nor am I on one, sometimes like if Im peckish rather than filling up on choc or stuff, I could just snack on the weightwatchers youghurts which are like half a point each... so you could actually have like 4 of them to make it equivalent to what that chocolate bar woulda been! lol

Some of the food really is good, and it lets you eat all the same great stuff without the probs of it! :)

do that special k diet. eat it for breakfast and dinner and a *normal* meal for tea then you're guranteed to drop a jean size in 2 weeks lol :). special k is nice too.

Atkins diet.

do that special k diet. eat it for breakfast and dinner and a *normal* meal for tea then you're guranteed to drop a jean size in 2 weeks lol :). special k is nice too.
Erm... I hate doing breakfasts diets they really don't work :|

Mate hardly no diets work with out exercise, you need to cut down on your CALORIE intake and exercise daily. I recommend 1400-1500 calories per day and atleast 30 mins exercise, running; walking; jogging.

Just cut down what you eat, if you get hungry snack on raisens, nuts and fruit and do regular excercise :)

My mum goes to the gym, when she first joined she though it would be boring, but now she goes everyday shes not at work and finds it fun as theres other regulars she can talk to.

the key is excercise and eating healthily and the results do happen quickly, actually try it properly before slating it

Yeahh, food is like 25% of dieting. Exercise is the key to loosing weight (but in moderation - if you over-do it then you will gain weight in muscle.. ).

Diets work like 1% of the time.

Lock yourself into a cell with an electric openening door and a piece of lettuce, set the timer on the door to a week. You should lose some weight. Hope this helps.

my advice don't do fad diets, sure you'll lose weight to start but you'll pile it right back on after. the fad diets make your body lack the stuff it needs, as soon as you stop or 'take a break' from the diet your body will store the fatty substances it needs and you'll end up gaining more weight.

t'is why they are called yo yo diets, best way is to eat healthy and get regular exercise.

Okay, first make sure in the morning you have cereal with a glass of apple/orange/{some sort of fruit} juice.

Then make sure during the day you don't eat like crisps or biscuits or chocolate.


Also one of my friends went on the ice diet, it helps she loves to eat ice lol.

You still have normal meals but when you get pekish you eat some ice.

Also what helps is if you have 5 meals a day, but not big meals. Little meals like maybe for one 2 boiled eggs or something. This way you burn it off quickly before you eat next. Instead of 3 big meals a day which are harder to burn off

pfft, it doesn't have to be a diet just a healthy lifestyle.
You can enjoy take-outs and junk food now and again but if you want to loose
body fat then just have a low fat diet and burn more calories and carbohydrates
than you eat. You can't get fit by just having a healthy diet. Don't be lazy get to
the gym or go on a run.

And all those diet plans rip you off anyway, just eat more fruit, veg and meats.
And most of the posts above are complete garbage
