i've finally made it. but it's proper weak.
how can i make it not weak anymore?

Make sure you give your muscles about 3-4 days rest. This will give them time to regroup and get bigger :)

A mate of mine does fighting. So he does press ups then his brother throws a medicaine ball at his stomach to make them stronger.

press ups dont do anything to your abs.
eat alot of healthy food & protein, do all different exersizes for your abs, sit ups, crunches etc. maybe buy a sit up bench. i got one for about £30 & there quite good.
If youv'e got your six pack now and want to 'buff' it so to speak then do slow elbow to
knees sit ups. (If you don't know what they are just look online) there great because
they do your abdominals (core) and obliques (sides).
Or even better you could try some resistance ab machines in the gym. My local gym has
two of them
