Make sure you give your muscles about 3-4 days rest. This will give them time to regroup and get bigger![]()
Have a 6 pack from burger king that will help, although it makes u **** funny.
A mate of mine does fighting. So he does press ups then his brother throws a medicaine ball at his stomach to make them stronger.
press ups dont do anything to your abs.
eat alot of healthy food & protein, do all different exersizes for your abs, sit ups, crunches etc. maybe buy a sit up bench. i got one for about £30 & there quite good.
