Wii Voice Chat - Wii Speak

Yep confirmed at E3 that Nintendo are devolping a super sensitive microphone for the wii which will sit on your Tv set. Set to be used for Animal Crossing.

Going to be awesome :D:D .Imagine a FPS Anyone?

An FPS has already been confirmed to be using Wii Speak in online multiplayer (16 players).

The official peripheral is a big microphone designed to record the whole room but there is no doubt in my mind a third party, probably.. the company that made The Perfect Shot and were first to begin developing a wireless nunchuck but I've forgetten their name now.

Anyway I beleive a third party will definitely mod it into a headset. Or even just a smaller microphone you attach to your person (hang it around your ear, clipping it onto a shirt etc)

well thats what usually happens a third party makes there own version of a console add on and most of the time its better than the offical one.

but yes. what happens if someone playing music.. with the wii speak it will get picked up and annoy everyone. unlike a head set were it would less likely cause any annoyense <- if thats a word lol

That would be really cool... too bad Nintendo will never do that. :(
It sucks.. this is coming out so late. They have already blown through many top franchises that would use this.
