Innit! We won Gold and Bronze in this event! I did mention it in another thread, though Im not sure if it warranted its own. If not maybe there should be like a medal reporting thread :8!

He finished 8th out of 8.

As for the swimming, it was outstanding that Adlington caught up, Hoff was miles ahead.

Adlington was awesome yesterday. The Italian Pellegrini was going at world record pace and Adlington was catching her.

He will be doing individual diving next week I believe. Maybe without Blake Alrdridge, and having to concentrate on synchro too, he will do a bit better. But its all for experience!
