    Adlington was awesome yesterday. The Italian Pellegrini was going at world record pace and Adlington was catching her.

    He will be doing individual diving next week I believe. Maybe without Blake Alrdridge, and having to concentrate on synchro too, he will do a bit better. But its all for experience!
