I believe it says you can have a Visa debit card, e.g chip and pin.. Do you need income for this? ;/ Because someone said you do...

You do not need money in the account, infact I am -11p :( Yet to use my Debit card xD!

Cool, so under 19, Go bank, bring ID ask to open and they send card in post and whatever crap
