I believe it says you can have a Visa debit card, e.g chip and pin.. Do you need income for this? ;/ Because someone said you do...

I have this, as well as a savings account.

You do not need money in the account, infact I am -11p Yet to use my Debit card !

Cool, so under 19, Go bank, bring ID ask to open and they send card in post and whatever crap
