Hello,

WOW Technologies currently have a few openings which may take interest for some users;

We are looking for TWO Sales & Customer Service representatives, their roles include ;

Genering sales via our Live Chat system Generating sales from forums and alike Ensuring customers are satisfied Process upgrade/downgrade/cancellation requests Completing monthly assigned tasks


We are also looking for ONE Tier 1 Technician to handle our growing number of tickets, the roles include ;

Handling Technical Support tickets located at our helpdesk Completing upgrades processed Forwarding severe issues to our Tier 2/3 Technicians Filing weekly reports for tasks carried out Securing customer satisfaction

A further update: We've decided to hire upto THREE Tier 1 technicians.

Not to off put anything or no disrespect to you jason but last time I applied for this sort of position there was no mention that you would then out-source your techs. I applied then got told you may out-source them :P

Training, salary, benefits, holiday's etc?

Hey,

We completely got rid of the out-sourced techs, the most useless people I have ever met in my life, hence the openings.
