    Default Tier 1 Technician & Sales Openings

    Hello,

    WOW Technologies currently have a few openings which may take interest for some users;

    We are looking for TWO Sales & Customer Service representatives, their roles include ;

    • Genering sales via our Live Chat system
    • Generating sales from forums and alike
    • Ensuring customers are satisfied
    • Process upgrade/downgrade/cancellation requests
    • Completing monthly assigned tasks


    We are also looking for ONE Tier 1 Technician to handle our growing number of tickets, the roles include ;

    • Handling Technical Support tickets located at our helpdesk
    • Completing upgrades processed
    • Forwarding severe issues to our Tier 2/3 Technicians
    • Filing weekly reports for tasks carried out
    • Securing customer satisfaction

    Not to off put anything or no disrespect to you jason but last time I applied for this sort of position there was no mention that you would then out-source your techs. I applied then got told you may out-source them
    Back for a while.

    Hey,

    We completely got rid of the out-sourced techs, the most useless people I have ever met in my life, hence the openings.
