I hate going to bed and I hate getting up. Latley I've been going to bed at like 3 o clock because I've been watching TV and not getting up until like 1-2pm. It's annoying me becase that's half my day wasted. I also want to sort it out before Monday because I start work and need to be up for around 6am each morning. (I can't go to bed early because I can't get to sleep).
Any tips/advice on how to get to sleep aprechiated :D
Just go bed early, suck it up. You'll just end up falling asleep anyway.

Drink cocoa or a hot drink before bed (not coffee obviously) or have those sleeping pills which are quite effective.
lol i get better sleep going to bed at around 12ish than i do 10-11 cos i can't sleep then and it makes me restless n stuff :(

Make your day tiring so when it comes round to like 10/11 maybe even 12 your tired and you'll be able to sleep. Or just go bed anyway and you'll probably fall asleep because that's what I do and it's working. Also, set alarms to wake you up at a decent time in the morning and the lack of sleep will mean you sleep early.

I always find watching TV in bed or something like that makes me pretty tired and gets me off fast

Do something tiring before bed. This sounds stupid but I sometimes do sit ups until my back hurts if I can't get to sleep and then get back in bed and relax my back and within 5 minutes I'm asleep.

i wouldn't worry bout it pal your just out of routine. once you start working and force yourself up the first couple of times you will be tired and eventually begin falling asleep at propper times. Give it a couple of days after starting work and i promise your body clock will organise itself, it happens to everyone mate believe me.

Tbh, the sleeping pills don't work for me I have to do all nighters to get myself back into routines which I usually loose at the weekends then I'm like a zombie come monday tbh what I suggest is, drink some coco or a cuppa tea, and read a book sometimes works for me or mute your tv and put the subtitles up so it makes your eyes sleepy from reading it then you'll fall asleep ^_^
Speaking of sleep it's 05:53 and I'm up for school in like an hour :$ better be offskis >.>
Drink hot chocolate or warm milk etc, Dont drink tea because its got caffine in it.
You need to get into a routine :P Start slowly like go to 3AM as you normally would and set an alarm to get you up at like 12PM, then the next day go bed at 2AM then 1AM then slowly go bed at midnight as I think that's a decent time then humans need 8 hours sleep a day to not be exhausted then you can wake up at a normal time such as 10 or something with an alarm, body clocks are always awful, even if I go to bed early I still wake up late :S
I had the same situation when the Beijing Olympics were on. I was staying up from 1am - 6am and going to bed at like 6:30am and getting up at like 4pm in the afternoon which ruined my day. When it come back to school my sleeping pattern was ****** and I needed sleeping tablets before I went to bed which didn't really work but I was willing to try anything. I took 'Kalms' I think their called and they are okay, their more herbal then drug.

Just jump into bed, bang your head on the way there.
