Was wondering what sort of cold dinner would be good to have after like, an hour of exercise.
One that'll help in losing weight.
Thanks.

pasta is fuuuuuuuuuuulllllllll of carbs which turn into fats if they arent burnt quick enough so not a good food for after exercise.
Cool thanks guys.

McDonalds do a grilled chicken salad which is healthy & cheap. Just don't put any salad dressing on it or it gets unhealthy.

It's actually true, which shocked me, when I went on a diet I was reccomended by a colleague to eat one of those when I was in town/at work and hungry.
The main thing to do whilst dieting is to cut out the snacks, that's the hardest thing I found but it really happened.
When I dieted my average day would be like:
Toast or cereal for breakfast.
Some form of Salad for lunch, grilled chicken, smoked salmon, tuna
I would have a pasta dish on a gym night (about an hour before i'd go to the gym).
If it wasn't a gym night i'd just have a fresh meal - which wasn't always healthy but as long as it was fresh it was fine.. no frozen or microwaved crap.
I lost a stone which was all I wanted lol.
Chicken salad
Tuna salad
Plain salad

Eating an hour or two before the gym is better than eating afterwards because then you can burn off any unwanted calories at the gym.
For isntance if you have a pasta dinner before the gym.. you then go to the gym an hour or two later and burn off those unwanted carbohydrates.
If you eat pasta after the gym, those carbohydates will turn into fat.

No, his body will use the energy to repair his cells and to function.
And they wont be turned into fat for something like 32 hours. The only people who need to worry about how much carbohydrates they eat are models, as they do not do any excersise

No, you need to not eat any meals for around three hours otherwise your body will not have enough blood for his muscles to function properly
