Was wondering what sort of cold dinner would be good to have after like, an hour of exercise.
One that'll help in losing weight.
Thanks.

Cool thanks guys.
So I can just simply buy it? Just take it out of the packet and have it?
And thanks all I could think of was pasta. Lol.
Thanks.![]()
pasta is fuuuuuuuuuuulllllllll of carbs which turn into fats if they arent burnt quick enough so not a good food for after exercise.
McDonalds do a grilled chicken salad which is healthy & cheap. Just don't put any salad dressing on it or it gets unhealthy.

tuna or smoked salmon salad?
It's actually true, which shocked me, when I went on a diet I was reccomended by a colleague to eat one of those when I was in town/at work and hungry.
The main thing to do whilst dieting is to cut out the snacks, that's the hardest thing I found but it really happened.
When I dieted my average day would be like:
Toast or cereal for breakfast.
Some form of Salad for lunch, grilled chicken, smoked salmon, tuna
I would have a pasta dish on a gym night (about an hour before i'd go to the gym).
If it wasn't a gym night i'd just have a fresh meal - which wasn't always healthy but as long as it was fresh it was fine.. no frozen or microwaved crap.
I lost a stone which was all I wanted lol.
