I have absolutely no will power over this. I need sugar, sugar makes my body run. Im a slim 16 year old (still growing) and have probably been addicted to sugar all my life. I need to stop now before I stop growing and before my life starts to see some negative effects. I already have acid reflux and it turns out that sugar is one of the main causes of this. I just cant stop. I try and try and I just keep going back to it. and I do stay in shape, I do exercise but I know sugar is doing me damage. I dont want to end up with diabetes type 2 with no legs or arms can someone please please help me.

bloody hell the way you're going on is as though it's an actual drug, loads of people eat a lot of sugary foods.

errr, if you have tea/coffee, start by putting less sugar in each time for a few days and reduce it as you go on until you put in none.
get rid of all chocolates/crisps/sugary products from your house. drink a lot of water. when you feel you need sugar just have some fruit. i dunno really, just get rid of the stuff

Cut down then stop, stopping completely will never get you stopping. You do have to stop though, that really is bad.

I agree that you should eat fruit when you feel you need some sugar because it's better for you.
Gradually cut down on sugar starting with a few things you eat a lot and building up, it's easier if you take it slow.

You need to take Chronium. I'm an Advanced Product Advisor at Holland & Barrett, and we get people coming in with the same problem every day. It's very effective and also very cheap.

You can get it online (clicky (http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=122)) or you can get it from any Holland & Barrett store.
