Yeah i have been doing loads because i'm going to Barbados in 32 days and i want to look good obviously. I have been doing stuff like bicycle kicks, Hundreds, sit ups, V ups, side crunches.

If you do have any more that are really affected please post them below and i will +rep :)

Oh and also anything else that can improve my cardio and anaerobic fitness. When i get home from Barbados i need some sort of pre-season.

Have you thought of doing pilates?? I've been trying this workout I found on youtube for the last week or so.. it's a little intense if you dont have much ab strength to begin with (which i didn't haha) but it seems to be working. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdMptxZv4hQ

I haven't had any noticeable results yet, but I'm sure if you added this is + running or some other cardio it would build up your abs as well as slim you down so that your abs can be seen, especially if you keet it up till you leave. Just don't forget to give your muscles rest every few days.

Ooh 8 minute abs is really good! I used to use that one last year, though I got bored of it and went looking for new routines and forgot about it. Definitely try it!

LOL you actually do.

I do this workout and I've found progress, it's just I'm too lazy to do cardio to follow up the ab exercises.
Hope you have a great time in Barbados anyway!

Same ^
I normally do this crappy other work out from youtube but I tried that today after viewing this thread. Jeez it's pretty intense first time around, felt it hard like halfway through the second exercise. I'll do that instead of what I normally do now, cheers. +rep.

Its the best one I've ever used.
Though I have pulled a muscle in the chest (didn't know it was possible) god knows how I did it.
And yeah the guy makes it look easy while his crew look like theyre suffering a tad ;)
It's brilliant though, and it's only 8 mins ;)
Too if you wants type in "8 min buns".... does your bum ;)

Yeah the guy with the nice hair and pack is struggling and the women may aswell just go and lie down under a tree for all she does. Then again i was out tonight and like couldn't feel my stomach..

3rd day in and it still hurts, not surprising really. I've also incorporated keeping my legs raised just off the ground for an extra 45 seconds in between excercises to work the lower area :(

I prefer the gym, everything is there really .. from machines to weights. Just go and do what you have to, and it gets you in the zone. I try to do sit ups in my room I get distracted and do somthing else in a Gym .. you cant do nothing else you are there to train .. Helps me :)

same, hi5. I just do pushups and some weights. Only thing you really miss out on without the gym is a benchpress imo.
