Yeah i have been doing loads because i'm going to Barbados in 32 days and i want to look good obviously. I have been doing stuff like bicycle kicks, Hundreds, sit ups, V ups, side crunches.
If you do have any more that are really affected please post them below and i will +rep
Oh and also anything else that can improve my cardio and anaerobic fitness. When i get home from Barbados i need some sort of pre-season.
